Hugo is professional, very talented chef made our Madrid trip unforgettable. Whole menu was created balanced and well paired. We celebrated my husband birthday with chef dinner, we invited Hugo to the apartment while we were out, so he is fully trustful! He came and cooked everything in advance, served table and surprise was so good set. Hugo is a good chef and we enjoyed every minute of our dinner, being chef and owner of a restaurant in Istanbul I highly appreciated his effort. Highly recommended! Thank you Hugo
